Afghan girls embracing school
An article found in ny times that is about how girls in Afghanistan are being terrorized for going to school by a group of motorcycled men. The story starts off with a girl who was asked was she going to school by a man on a motorcycle and when she answered yes he sprayed acid on her face causing her to have a massive burn on her face and blurred vision. The man is only been against girls who go to school and there have been 14 other people who have attacked this attack. The police think that this group of men is from the Taliban leaders are terrorizing girls who go to school. The girls started to stop going to school, which was giving them what they wanted. So Mahmood Qadari called the girls parents to a meeting saying that they have to go to school just because people want them no to doesn't mean to give in but to show them that we are strong and we can fight this. So the girls have been slowly showing up to school more and more each day even thought they know that they might be attacked by those men but they still need there educations. I think that this is just horrible to do to those girls men that country can be so cruel to the women they need an education too. They still feel as thought though they are still more superior but now they have people who care and will represent them. They can continue to be strong in they education and there life they don’t have to be trapped by there won people.
