Cracking Teenagers' Online Codes

This article appeared in the New York Times and it basically is talking about how teens should have more private time on the internet. Dr.Boyd is a senior researcher at Microsoft and she works a lot of media and she has said that the internet has helped as a child. Her parents had divorced when she was 5 and her father wasn't there a lot and school wasn't the same so she went to the internet. She found out that there are other smart kids out there and this became her counseling. Personally I think there is an upside and a down side to this idea that she is presenting. I think that parents shouldn’t be so over protecting to their kids from seeing things. I think that they should give us certain amount of privacy on the internet because sometimes that can lead to a kid acting out. We want a little privacy and we were born in the technology age so of course most of these things we do would involve the internet. So Facebook keeps us in contact with people and sometimes we might find a boyfriend/girlfriend and express our feelings but that’s how we communicate. But also we kids do need to be considerate of what we go on and gain the respect from the parents do they won’t have to be so over protective. But other than that I think that is a good for kids to do and I’m glad and adult can see that.

Rihanna and Chris Brown together?

Us weekly magazine has said that Rihanna and Chris Brown have been secretly hooking after being forcibly separated after altercation. Sources said that every time Rihanna is in La she goes and visits Chris Brown.  Sources have said that Rihanna wants a rough and her getting into a relationship with Chris might not be such a great idea. Personally I think that they might not be such a good idea because we have seen what Chris Brown can do to her when he becomes angry. But they might have feelings for each other knowing that they were forcibly separated because of the altercation. But it think Chris Brown needs somebody who isn’t in the music business because that won’t have to clash with their work schedules and that means less sight of each other. Rihanna needs somebody to control her mood swings and her roughness without it leading into a brawl ending up on the television the next day. I think that she might be a little crazier than Chris could have him messing up on his career and he doesn’t need another slip up with same person that would look bad on his character. But if they think they can really comes to the conclusion that they are irresistible to each other then be my guess to be each other. Maybe this thing could actually work out but I think it would be a good idea to get counseling and resolve what went on in that limo on that night.

Biggest Story of 2011

The biggest story I think of is the story of Beyonce announcing that she was pregnant on the Vma's. Since then there has been a lot of rumors that the pregnancy is fake and she may have had a surrogate pregnancy. On the Wendy Williams show she talks about the video where it shows her stomach doing a flop. She does a seat test with two of her workers one due the same time as Beyonce and one sooner and nether has to struggle with seating in a chair. Also rumors have swirled around saying that the star had given birth to the baby in December signing into a birthing suite in Manhattan. There was another video rumor of her appearing on Saturday night live with a very flat stomach leaving viewers very confused while watching that episode.  Personally I think that she should just be honest if this wasn’t a real pregnancy she sure didn’t a good job trying to make this thing look real.  Why was it such a big deal that you were having a surrogate or maybe it was just better for the paparazzi bring the rumor you were pregnant so maybe you could by some time to get really pregnant. I mean this might actually be real and we could all be wrong but we will see when the baby ether looks totally different or just like the parents. This story has been the topic of twitter gossip websites and people in general I just hope they raise that child correct.

Flash Mob of breast feeding parents banned from doing in public mall

In the article Somerset collection squashes breast feeding 'Flash Mob.' 11 moms are protesting that they should be able to breast feed in a public malls. Napoli from St Clare shore organized and event in which 11 moms meet at a mall and started to breast feed until a security guard stopped her and said we do not have flash mobs and breast feeding in public. The nudity law does not apply to breast feeding public she feels as though feeding your child a meal is offensive to the public. Michigan is one of the 45 states that allow breast feeding in public and private places. The spokesperson for Somerset said on Sunday that the mall doesn't allow breast feeding and mobs because that is private place. I think that they shouldn't be able to breast feed in public places especially if your child is over age of 1 years old. Usually breast feed and the child is small enough to cover up and nobody is able to see so most of the time it doesn't get reported and people won’t get offended. Also you do have a choose to put that child on the bottle and you do get some nutrients from the breast milk but that child needs to develop independence instead of latching to their mother for a long period of time. These are being inconsiderate to other people in the mall and they need to think about other people around them and about their child in general.
